📦 1. Eligibility
- Returns: Eligible if products are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
- Exchanges: Only available for defective or damaged products.
- Not eligible: Products that are used, altered, damaged by the customer, or with missing/damaged packaging.
⏳ You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

- Return/Exchange Request: Must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Approval: Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days after you contact us.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are typically approved within 1–2 business days after inspection, and funds appear in your account within 2–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
✉️ 3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us first at info@dailytop.us with:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos if applicable
Wait for approval and instructions — do not ship items before authorization.
For exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped only if the product is defective or damaged.
For returns: Ship the item to the return address provided via email.
⚠️ Do not send items back to the original warehouse unless instructed. Always include your order number and return/exchange authorization inside the package.
💸 4. Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchange shipping for defective or damaged items is fully covered by Dailytop.
- Restocking Fee: None, except if the item is ineligible due to misuse.
💳 5. Refund Methods & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, funds will appear in your account within 2–7 business days.
🛠 6. Warranty Replacement
- Dailytop products include a 12-month replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Warranty applies only to defective or malfunctioning products not caused by misuse or damage.
